Founder and company history

My name is Ryan and I founded this growing company with the intention of bringing a genuine, professional experience with a focus on clear communication and quality work. Before Property Shift, I was a top producing Realtor for almost ten years. I later started renovating properties in Detroit/Metro Detroit and that was the beginning of my love for improving and restoring spaces. Nothing is more exciting to our team than bringing a dull, outdated space to life or restoring a historical home or building to its original glory.
